Started by the Fey family in 2003, the purposes of this restricted fund are to make grants for All charitable purposes in the Foundation's service area seving to:

- To promote the health and well-being of the American people.

- To advance a deeper public understanding of religion's contribution to the ideas, beliefs, morals and institutions that shape American Society.

- To help people of faith make a positive contribution to contemporary public life.
