All disbursements shall be to charitable organizations or for qualified charitable purposes in the Foundation's service area. Charitable Donor requests that disbursements shall be made for the following charitable purpose(s): Both income and up to half of the principal in the initial contribution may be used for projects and programs that encourage within Oxford's Old Mile Square:

-The preservation of buildings with generally recognized architectural interest.

-Occupancy of houses by permanent residents.

-Beautification efforts both in residential and business districts.

-Improvements in quality of life.
