Two awards: $2000 for one scholarship awarded to a graduating senior for post secondary education: Tuition, room, board, books, supplies, and related educational expenses. A plaque with the student's name engraved thereon is included with this award.

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:

- Talawanda High School (THS) Senior.

- Applicants will hold part or full time jobs.

- Applicants will have a minimum GPA 2.0.

- Applicants must have demonstrated financial need.

- Applicants must be enrolled full time.

- Applicants will have participated in athletics or band a the high school.

- Scholarship requests that the successful applicant be an individual with great drive, initiative, and potential.

- Financial need is of great importance.

$1000 (one award) for THS school activities-for example-"Pay for Play." Or athletic uniforms-to be paid to the Talawanda School District Administrative offices annually at the beginning of the school year. If at some future date, Pay for Play ceases to exist as constituted on the date of this Agreement, the Foundation agrees to fulfill the direction and purpose of the Charitable Donor designated herein; provided, however, that the Foundation, in its sole discretion, shall have the power to modify any direction on the distribution of funds if the use of the Fund becomes, in effect, unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, inconsistent with he charitable needs of the Oxford area, or affects the status of the Foundation as a community foundation.
