This fund, established in 2015 by Richard and Ruth Keebler,  serves to support areas associated with their longtime work in and commitment to education and fire and emergency medical services.  This includes grants for classroom needs and educational programs at the elementary level in the Talawanda School District, as well as grants to the Oxford Fire Department and Life Squad for equipment, training, and other needs/programs.
