To support the operation of the Oxford Aquatic Center. Funds are to used for the following:

- Aquatic Park equipment/enhancements

- Aquatic Park maintenance/upkeep

- Scholarships for pool passes and swim lessons

- Scholarships for lifeguard certification

- Promotion of the aquatic park.
