This scholarship was created in 2006 in memory of Jim Beaton, a member of the Oxford Lions Club, whose life reflected the values and ideals of Lionism through selfless service to the greater Oxford community. 

- Talawanda High School Senior with GPA of 3.0.

- Must have financial need, must be enrolled full time.

- Must have participated in sports or band in high school.
