This restricted fund, created in 1997 by C. Hobart Smith, is designed to further all aspects of the musical education of Talawanda Elementary and Middle School pupils, including but not limited to rental of musical instruments for needy children, purchase of music, purchase of equipment, and/or funding of piano tuning.
