The purpose of this restricted fund is to provide funding to McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital for the hiring of an intern, or to provide an honorarium to such intern, to assist the hospital's sports physical therapist in providing services to the programs of public schools in the Talawanda School District. If such a program ceases to exist, or if such funding becomes impracticable, the income from this Fund shall be used to help fund the athletic programs of public schools in the Talawanda School District.
