The restricted Hefner Community Fund, supported by the Oxford Rotary Club, helps support programs that benefit the youth of the Oxford, Ohio area as determined by the board of directors of the Hefner Fund pursuant to the terms of its application to the IRS to act as an IRC 501(c)3 entity.
