This restricted fund, created in 1999 by the headquarters offices of three fraternities (International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, Phi Delta Theta Educational Foundation, and the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation) helps to provide grants to support projects and programs encouraging and developing leadership, positive community values, responsible decision making, and respect for others among students in the Talawanda School District and in government-accredited private schools in the area encompassed by the Talawanda District.
