Established by the Byrketts in 2019, this restricted fund of the Greater Oxford Community Foundation was established with a first priority to grant to community organizations working in the area of social welfare initiatives, second priority of health care, a third priority to support organizations that lead  environmental initiatives, and as a fourth priority arts and culture.
