This scholarship is funded through contributions of the General Fund of the City of Oxford, in memory of longtime City employee Charles Warren. Annual scholarships from this fund are given to graduating seniors of Talawanda High School exhibiting strong community and school service, financial need, and commitment to pursue public service careers. Awardees selected by the scholarship committee of the Greater Oxford Community Foundation.
